Eligible for replacement or refund:

• Item arrives damaged or defective
• Incorrect item received
• Verified printing error caused by our team

💡 Personalized Order Policy

As your order is custom-made, production begins shortly after purchase.

If a cancellation or return is requested after production has started, a partial refund may be issued.

A 30% processing and production fee will be applied to cover:

• Personalization and design preparation
• Material setup and printing
• Labor and production handling

These costs are incurred immediately and are non-recoverable once production begins.

The remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded to your original payment method.
