• All products are made-to-order and personalized
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information (photos, text, shipping details)
• Orders enter production shortly after purchase and may not be modified beyond the allowed window
• Applicable processing and production fees may apply once production has started

Memora reserves the right to:

• Refuse service in cases of misuse or policy abuse
• Update pricing, products, or policies at any time
• Resolve disputes at our discretion in accordance with standard eCommerce practices in the United States
